Are you an experienced press brake operator looking for steady, full-time work on first shift? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in Jeffersontown, KY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Press Operator Highlights:

Pay: $18.00 per hour to start
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Location: Jeffersontown, KY
Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity

Press Operator Job Responsibilities:

Operate press brake machines including:
- 90 Ton Form Master II
Read and follow basic work orders and production instructions
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work independently and contribute to production goals

Press Operator Job Qualifications:

Prior press brake experience required
Must be comfortable operating large-format metal forming machines
Ability to follow written instructions and work orders
