Now Hiring: 1st Shift Order Loader/Unloader
Location: St. Charles, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Overtime on Saturdays)
Pay: $18.00/hour – pay increase once hired on permanently

What You’ll Do

Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets

Load and unload trucks; move products with manual pallet jacks

Assemble cartons and component bags as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow OSHA safety standards and help keep equipment in good condition
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar warehouse or order-picking role

Physical ability: Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance)

Requirements: Must be 18+, able to work Saturday overtime, and wear steel-toe shoes/boots

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
