Position Summary
The Bottling Line Associate plays an essential role in the final stage of bourbon production, ensuring that every bottle leaving the facility meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Team members work collaboratively to operate bottling equipment, inspect products, and package finished goods for distribution. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship–helping uphold the distillery’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor bottling line machinery including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipment.

Inspect bottles for proper fill levels, labeling accuracy, and overall product quality.

Assemble and pack finished products for shipment according to company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with setup, changeovers, and minor line adjustments to keep production flowing smoothly.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (distillery or beverage industry experience a plus).

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality in a high-volume environment.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Willingness to comply with safety, PPE, and hygiene protocols in a food-grade environment.

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
