Supervisor Summary:
We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment. The Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates to meet quality, accuracy, and efficiency goals while providing ongoing coaching, development, and support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets

Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and accountability meetings

Perform and monitor quality and accuracy audits to ensure standards are met

Train and cross-train employees across multiple warehouse functions

Oversee daily workflows and resolve issues in real-time to maintain productivity

Participate in daily huddles and weekly leadership meetings
-
Document coaching and performance discussions accurately and timely

Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive workplace by enforcing safety policies

Work occasional weekends or overtime during peak seasons as needed
Supervisor Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
-
3+ years of supervisory or people management experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
