Malone is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Administrative Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA.
Project Manager / Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, renewals, tenant relations, maintenance requests and vendor coordination
- Lease negotiations, preparation and management.
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Accurately maintain property records, reports, and financial tracking within CRM systems
- Work closely with finance and ownership to support reporting, budgeting, and strategic goals
- Streamline office processes, support leadership with administrative tasks, and contribute to overall efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors with a high level of professionalism
- Manage and support social marketing efforts to promote properties and community engagement
- Help manage real estate remodel/rehab projects
Project Manager / Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-service mindset
Schedule: 9am-5pm (flexible hours)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
