Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking to step into a fast-paced, hands-on seasonal role? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a PACKING / B2B Team Lead for a logistics and 3PL operation in Simpsonville, KY. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business need.

PACKING / B2B Team Lead Highlights:

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:15pm
Start Date: November 17
Location: Simpsonville, KY
Status: Temp with potential for hire
Overtime: Voluntary OT may be available; Saturday work is highly unlikely but possible

PACKING / B2B Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of B2C packers and B2B picker/packers
Ensure the team has the materials and direction needed to meet accuracy, service, and productivity goals
Serve as a working lead–contributing to packing and shipping tasks while managing daily operations
Troubleshoot system issues as they arise
Promote safety, teamwork, and “servant leadership” values aligned with the company culture
Assist with facility closing procedures at the end of shift
Support additional projects and tasks as assigned

PACKING / B2B Team Lead Job Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a distribution or fulfillment setting
Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems required
No forklift or power equipment experience necessary
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a proactive, self-directed work ethic
Excel skills preferred
