Quality Coordinator Highlights:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with the potential for overtime

Quality Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Make regular rounds on the production floor to support quality initiatives

Attend internal meetings and participate in discussions with customers

Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and communication

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients/customers
-
Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process reviews

Communicate clearly and professionally with both team members and customers
Quality Coordinator Job Qualifications:
-
Prior quality assurance or quality control experience required

Must be detail-oriented, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams

Some college education preferred but not required

Computer proficiency and strong communication skills are essential

Must be curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently or in a team setting
