Procurement Administrative Specialist – 6 Month Contractor
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrative Specialist to support our procurement team with essential administrative and operational tasks for a 6 month project. This contractor role plays a key part in ensuring efficient purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and accurate documentation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor files.
- Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather purchase requirements.
- Track order status, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Support contract administration and compliance tracking.
- Process invoices and reconcile purchase orders with accounts payable.
- Maintain procurement dashboards and generate routine reports.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and qualification documentation.
- Pay is based on experience
Qualifications:
- MUST be bilingual in Korean / English
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of administrative or procurement support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
- MUST be an Expert in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Ensure documentation and compliance are audit-ready.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms or ERP systems.
