Supply Chain Associate

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Associate plays a vital role in supporting hospital operations by ensuring that medical supplies, equipment, and materials are received, organized, and distributed efficiently throughout the facility. This position is essential to maintaining a safe, well-stocked, and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of supplies, materials, and equipment.

Safely unload box trucks and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and inventory tracking.

Stage and store products in designated areas according to hospital procedures.

Accurately pick, prepare, and deliver products and supplies to various hospital departments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within storage, dock, and supply areas.

Use handheld scanners, carts, and other material-handling equipment to support workflow.

Communicate effectively with nursing and clinical staff to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.

Follow all hospital safety protocols, infection control standards, and chain-of-custody requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
