Sales Support Administrator Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails, escalating issues when needed

Deliver high-level customer service both in-person and over the phone

Organize inboxes and manage customer order statuses with vendors

Track and communicate updates about delayed, lost, or replacement shipments
-
Collect and process customer payments, credit checks, and vendor documents

Maintain accurate data for purchase orders, vendor invoices, and shipping updates
Sales Support Administrator Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years of data entry, customer service, and administrative experience required

Must be computer-savvy, a quick learner, and strong multitasker

Professional written and verbal communication skills required

Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

Emotional maturity and work stability highly valued
