Malone is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative in San Marcos, CA.
Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders through the various channels (e.g., email, phone, and online).
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s ERP system.
- Verify product availability and delivery timelines to ensure accurate promise dates.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues with orders and communicate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Ensure all order information is entered with accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, shipping methods, shipping addresses and payment details.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database as needed.
- Double-check orders to minimize errors and prevent shipping delays.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and shipping teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address customer inquiries.
- Communicate order status and any potential delays to customers as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized order records and documentation.
- Archive completed orders and keep records accessible for auditing purposes.
- Investigate and resolve order-related issues, such as incorrect shipments, damaged products, or missing items.
- Issue RMAs.
- Escalate complex problems or recurring issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order entry, data security, and customer confidentiality.
- Stay informed about product information, pricing, and any changes in company policies.
Customer Experience Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in order entry, data entry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
