Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a versatile Vineyard Laborer for a local winery in Versailles, Ky.
Vineyard Laborer Benefits:
* $18.00/hr pay
* Weekly Pay
* Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (occasional overtime may be permitted)

Vineyard Laborer Duties:
* Reporting to the Vineyard Supervisor or designated lead, the vineyard laborer will assist in all aspects of grapevine maintenance and vineyard care
* Perform manual tasks such as planting, pruning, trellising, tying, thinning, and harvesting grapevines
* Operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently for vine management
* Identify and remove damaged or diseased plant material as directed
* Assist with irrigation system checks and light maintenance as needed
* Ensure grape clusters are harvested carefully and efficiently during picking season
* Follow instructions from vineyard leads for daily assignments and quality standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and equipment sheds
* Observe and report any vine health concerns or hazards to the Vineyard Supervisor
* Support pest and weed control efforts using non-hazardous materials under supervision
* Practice safe lifting techniques and ergonomic work habits throughout the day
* Set a positive example of work ethic and professionalism in the field
Vineyard Laborer Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a drug screen
* Must posses a valid driver’s license
* Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods
