ERP Support Analyst
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of our upgraded SAP ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to supporting cross-functional teams during system transitions.

- Contract assignment – now through mid-January 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and implementation of the upgraded SAP ERP system
- Clearly communicate updates and impacts to cross-functional teams
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations using PowerPoint
- Analyze data and generate reports using Excel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs
- Provide ad hoc planning and inventory management support, including data analysis and coordination
- Support daily ERP project tasks and contribute to team alignment and operational efficiency
- Be flexible with work assignments and available for overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in Production Control within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to clearly document technical and process changes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is required
