Malone is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in Oceanside, CA. The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to the company’s transactions.
Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:

Record daily financial transactions, including sales and purchases in QuickBooks.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of AP and AR.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.

Communicate with customers and front office staff.

Prepare payroll biweekly on ADP and post payroll to QuickBooks.

Maintain employee records.
-
Prepare monthly sales tax reports,financial cost analysis, year end financial reports, and government forms.

Provide Human Resources and administrative support if needed.
Required Skills for Bookkeeper:

Proficient in QuickBooks.

Knowledge of experience with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel and Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.

Good communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in automotive dealerships and/or service facilities would be a plus.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate:
$28/hr
