CNC Machinist / Fabricator
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Pay: $23 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Fabricator to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and drawings. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain HMC machines, ensuring all parts meet exact specifications and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid machining knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Prioritize workload based on production due dates

Retrieve and review documentation, prints, and program revisions

Perform gauge stability studies and select tools for each job

Build, measure, and load tools; set up pallet jaws; load and unload parts

Operate HMC machines, run first pieces, and verify accuracy

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments

Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools

Pack finished products and move them to secondary operations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, using PPE as required
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Proficient with basic measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Basic computer and math skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
