Malone Solutions is currently seeking Quality Inspector candidates for our client facilities in the Shepherdsville Kentucky area. This is a hands-on position focused on inspecting, sorting, testing, and reworking parts and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Quality Inspector Highlights:
- Pay: $15/hr
- Temp to hire
- All shifts available
- Monday-Friday schedule with some weekends
Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials and products using gauges, micrometers, and visual checks to ensure specification compliance; identify and document defects.
- Perform rework using hand/power tools, complete inspection reports, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Adapt to changing tasks and contribute to continuous improvement by offering process feedback.
Quality Inspector Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3-6 months of related experience in manufacturing or inspection preferred
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass Pre-Employment Basic Skills Assessment (80% or higher)
- Willing to submit to background check and drug screening
