    Malone Solutions is hiring for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Bardstown KY area. If you have experience and are interested in the details below, please apply now!

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative Highlights:

    • Full time
    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • $18.75/hr to start, with a raise to $19.50/hr after 90 days
    • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
    • Paid time off, holiday schedule, and full benefits available upon conversion
    • 401(k) with company match

    Note: Scheduled year-end shutdown from 12/22/25 to 1/01/26. Unpaid days (12/22, 12/23, 12/29, 12/30) can be covered using available PTO.

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to internal departments
    • Manage scheduling, document handling, and communications
    • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
    • Support basic reporting and data entry tasks
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and Spanish 
    • 1+ year of office or administrative experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Willing to submit to a drug test and background check
