Bilingual Customer Service Representative Highlights:
- Full time
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $18.75/hr to start, with a raise to $19.50/hr after 90 days
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- Paid time off, holiday schedule, and full benefits available upon conversion

Note: Scheduled year-end shutdown from 12/22/25 to 1/01/26. Unpaid days (12/22, 12/23, 12/29, 12/30) can be covered using available PTO.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to internal departments
- Manage scheduling, document handling, and communications
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Support basic reporting and data entry tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to submit to a drug test and background check
