Starting at $18/hour | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Malone Staffing is looking for skilled Laser Operators with prior experience in laser cutting or machine operation. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in a growing manufacturing facility where your expertise will be valued and put to work right away.
Shifts Available:
-
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
-
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
-
Set up and operate laser cutting equipment to meet production goals

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure precision and quality
-
Make adjustments to machines to maintain accuracy and efficiency
-
Document production runs, quality checks, and any adjustments made
-
Assist with machine changeovers and preventative maintenance
-
Share your knowledge with new operators and support team success

Follow all safety standards while keeping your work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:

Previous laser operator or CNC machine operating experience
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, routers, and production documents
-
Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection practices
-
Skilled with measurement tools and basic math calculations
-
Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
