We’re hiring Punch Press Operators to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a lightweight machine operator role, perfect for individuals with great attention to detail. No steel-toed boots required–clean and safety-conscious environment.
Highlights:
-
2nd Shift (2:00PM – 10:00PM): $17.50/hour
-
3rd Shift (10:00PM – 6:00AM): $18.75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate up to 3 punch presses or 1 special-purpose press
-
Load coils of plastic or rubber into the machine
-
Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specs
- Perform part inspections using gauges, micrometers, and templates
- Ability to use Scanner and Computer to log material and orders

Complete daily production paperwork accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-
Cross-train on various machines and support shift transitions
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year of production or machine operating experience preferred

Basic mechanical understanding and ability to follow procedures

Strong attention to detail
-
Must be comfortable wearing required PPE (ear protection, dust mask)

Must pass a drug test and background check prior to starting
