Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Grounds Keeper for a housing authority that provides affordable housing for its residents in New Albany, IN for over 80 years. This is a temp to hire position.

Grounds Keeper Highlights:

$17.50/hr. weekly pay
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)

Operator Responsibilities:

General Property Maintenance using hand tools
Repair
Maintaining the landscape of the property

Grounds Keeper Requirements:

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Must have a Valid Driver’s License to drive between the properties
Must be able to work in cold and warm weather conditons
