Shifts available: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Ot if needed Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am OT possible on Friday's
Pay: $20-22/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision manufacturing standards are met. This role plays a key part in our production process and requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce high-quality parts to specification

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality

Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or training preferred

Minimum 1 years of CNC machine operation experience

Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming basics a plus

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
