Malone is hiring a contract Recruiting Partner to support our client, a major U.S.-based packaging organization, recently acquired by a global industry leader. You’ll play a key role in partnering with senior talent leaders to manage recruiting operations for both salaried and hourly positions across North America.
Position Highlights:
Contract position through December 2025 | Potential for extension or direct hire
Fully Remote (candidate must reside in EST or CST time zone)
Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm
Pay Rate | $38-$42/hour (based on experience and alignment with role scope)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience (corporate or mix of agency/corporate preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing or light industrial environments
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A team-first, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort with constant change
