Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time, First Shift
Type: Temporary with potential to convert to full-time
We’re seeking an experienced Order Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced customer service team in Buffalo Grove, IL. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. It offers the potential for long-term employment based on performance. Ideal candidates will have a background in order entry, customer support, and working within ERP systems like SAP.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders and track delivery timelines

Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order status and any delays

Handle inquiries about products, pricing, and availability

Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment

Assist with returns, credits, and other customer service tasks

Follow company procedures and maintain quality standards
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
-
3+ years of order entry or customer service experience

SAP experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with EDI and inventory systems a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
