    Job Posting: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
    Location: Tooele, UT (100% On-Site)

    Position Overview:
    Minova is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our new state of the art facility in Tooele,UT. In this pivotal role, you build lasting relationships with clients and facilitate communication between departments, vendors, and customers. If you’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! This is 1st shift typically 7:30a-4:30pm, M-F and Direct Hire.

    • Competitive Pay and Schedule: This will be a first shift schedule in Tooele, UT offering competitive pay ($60,000-$65,000 DOE) and full benefits. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers
    • Product training with team members
    • Improve delivery security through production communication
    • Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers, and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times
    • Implement methodologies of continually improving business performance
    • Eliminate customer order errors
    • Maintain documentation and reporting requirements
    • Deliver value to Minova and the team
    • Identify opportunities for cross selling products

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Superior computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access databases
    • Experience with electronic document monitoring systems
    • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
    • 4 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to steel
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment
    • Customer-focused with a commercial orientation
    • Ability to lead and adapt to change
