Malone Solutions is seeking driven, hands-on individuals for multiple manufacturing roles in Jacksonville, FL. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we have an opportunity for you!

We are hiring for the following full-time positions on 1st and 2nd shifts:

Assemblers – $17.50/hr
MIG Welders – $18.00/hr
Press Brake Operators – $18-$19/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assemblers:

Assemble components and products with precision
Follow blueprints or verbal instructions
Conduct visual inspections for quality control
Collaborate with your team to meet production targets

MIG Welders:

MIG weld galvanized sheet metal (12-20 gauge)
Maintain clean, consistent, and high-quality welds
Follow safety protocols and company standards

Press Brake Operators:

Operate press brake machines to form and shape materials
Read blueprints and detailed specifications
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Previous manufacturing experience preferred (Welding/Press/Assembly)
Welders must pass a basic weld test (no certifications required)
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift
Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply!
