Customer Service Coordinator – Role Description & Purpose:
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of our client while learning and maintaining expert knowledge about the company products and services to best help customers. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails from customers; assisting in answering questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Product training with team members
- Improve delivery security through production communication
- Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers, and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times
- Develop strong relationships with customers & ensuring satisfaction
- Work closely with the team of CS specialists & other departments
Critical Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 + years of manufacturing industry experience
- Phone skills
- Technically savvy/training is provided on company's products
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Computer skills w/ Microsoft Applications & Excel
- Degree or equivalent
