About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and driven Coal Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships within the coal industry. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients–coal producers, buyers, and stakeholders–ensuring smooth product delivery, top-tier service, and long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role where commercial ownership and safety excellence go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of coal industry clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and secure new accounts.
- Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and manage client communications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Background in production or engineering within the coal mining sector.
- Strong skills in account management, contract negotiation, and customer support.
- 5-10 years of experience in coal mining or related technical/sales roles.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to travel as necessary to support commercial activities.
