Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Press Operator – Join a Leading Manufacturing Team in Jacksonville, FL!Pay: $18-$19/hr (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Must be open to training on 1st Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Operate press machines to shape materials into specific forms and sizes

• Read and follow detailed material specifications (“call-outs”)

• Measure, align, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure finished parts meet exact standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of press machinery

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating press machines or working in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and material specifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing top-notch work

• Comfortable working on a production floor and following safety procedures

• Basic math and measuring skills

• Great communicator and team player

• Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
