Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift
Pay Range: $22.65-$31 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

Standard: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
-
Friday-Saturday: 10:00 PM-3:30 AM

Flexibility required: May be asked to come in early or stay late; occasional extended shifts (6:00 PM-6:30 AM or 10:00 PM-10:30 AM).
Position Overview:
Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems (including 480V high voltage) and be capable of troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial machinery. Candidates who are newly graduated with relevant technical education and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, robotic, and electrical systems (480V high voltage required).

Maintain and calibrate tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.

Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.

Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or recent technical education in hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 480V high voltage (required).

Hydraulic and robotic maintenance experience required.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts when needed.
