Job Title: CNC Operator

Overview:
Malone is seeking skilled CNC Operators for temp-to-hire positions. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for operating, loading/unloading, and setting up CNC machines. Your attention to detail and expertise in utilizing tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, and gauges will be essential to ensure precision and quality in production. Required Skills:

Recent CNC machinist experience
Proficiency in CNC machine operation
Ability to load/unload machines (3 and 5 axis mill or Lathe machines)
Experience in setting up machines
Strong capability to stand for 8+ hours
Proficient in utilizing Calipers, Micrometers, and gauges (HAND TOOLS)
Basic math skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with other machinery types
Knowledge of CNC programming

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in CNC machining

Pay Rate:

$22 – $24 per hour

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work either 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 11 pm) or 3rd shift (10:30 pm – 7 am)
Adherence to safety protocols
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
