Job Title: Machine Operator
Overview: Malone is seeking Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift in Vista, CA. These temp-to-hire positions offer competitive pay rates:
- 1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM with overtime on Saturdays, pay rate $16.50
- 2nd shift: 3:30PM-11:59PM, pay rate $16.50
- 3rd shift: 11:59PM-7:00AM, pay rate $21.50
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by loading, unloading, and utilizing various tools to ensure product quality. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Proficiency in using pneumatic tools
- Basic measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with t-wrench for quick checks
- Prior experience with light housekeeping in a work setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operations or similar roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed
- Standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Fluency in English is not required
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workstation
