Forklift Operators
Location: Roselle, Itasca, Elk Grove Village IL.
Pay Rate: $19 to $21 Depending on Experience
Shift: 1st shifts. Monday – Friday
Interview Process: Resume and interview required.

Requirements:

Proficient in performing all shipping and receiving functions and procedures.
Good communication skills and be able to make decisions as well as excel at problem solving.
Knowledge of computer systems, applications, and programs related to warehousing and inventorying
Principles of warehouse organization
Principles of warehouse safety and security

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in shipping, inventory receiving, inventory control, buyout receiving, quality control, order coordinator, loading and unloading shipments.

Notifies Manager to schedule shortages on warehouse materials as needed (ex: crating materials, pallets and crates for export orders in compliance for export regulations)
Assists Manager with building & grounds maintenance at Chicago location
Operate socket weld machinery (training provided after other skills are well developed/established)
Bill of landings
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Loading and unloading trucks using forklift
Stage material, put away and pull orders
Receive, unpack, pack and sort
Shrink wrap and palletize
Shipping/Receiving

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience required.
Experience with sit down forklift, Stand-up and stand-up reach truck
Familiarity with computers and scanners preferred.
