Kitting Operator
Location: Franklin, Indiana

Essential Job Functions:
Ability to assemble a number of small components required for the collection into a kit, prior experience is assembly of components, ability to grasp assembly technics (proper part in proper order), ability to lift up to 45 pounds and ability to learn multiple assembly operations, team commitment and comprehension of quality.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive subject matter, pay close attention to detail, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, adapt quickly to changing environments, and exercise patience when teaching and coaching others
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance is required.
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds Must be able to be on your feet a minimum 8 hours a day
