Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: 40209 area
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our tire distribution team. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, strong attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift heavy tires daily. Forklift and clamp experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming tire shipments.

Accurately ship outgoing tires according to sequence numbers and shipping documentation.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.

Operate sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks to move and stack tires (preferred).

Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, staging orders, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift, move, and handle tires weighing over 100 lbs as needed.

High attention to detail when handling tire numbers and shipping documentation.

Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

Sit-down forklift experience preferred; clamp truck experience a plus.

Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
