Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaners to join our team at a large distribution center in Largo, TX!
In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing general cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance duties.
Shift & Pay
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 5 hours per day, scheduled between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
- Work Areas: Temporary trailers, office spaces, and restroom trailers
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain facility buildings, offices, and work areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors and surfaces.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, machinery, and equipment.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and powered cleaning equipment.
- Move boxes, furniture, cabinets, and equipment as needed.
- Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Wash and replace blinds as needed.
- Collect, remove, and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
- Perform outdoor cleanup, including sweeping walkways and raking leaves.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Understanding of workplace safety and proper chemical handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
