Powder Coating Assembler
Temp-to-Hire | $16.50/Hour
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Powder Coating Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing, assembling, handling, and moving materials throughout the powder coating process while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and workplace safety.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional half-day Fridays for overtime as needed
Pay Rate
- $16.50 per hour
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare parts for the powder coating process.
- Load and unload parts and materials onto racks and production lines.
- Inspect parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Safely handle materials and equipment throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment and production processes.
