Warehouse Associate I – 1st Shift

Warehouse Associate I – 1st Shift Highlights:
Pay: $18.00- $20.00 per hour Based on experience
Location: Jeffersontown, KY (North Building)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Consistent full-time schedule

Warehouse Associate I – 1st Shift Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck (Stand-Up Forklift)
Retrieve materials from warehouse storage locations and deliver them to manufacturing and assembly areas
Replenish production inventory based on work orders and material requests
Pull and stage materials according to production schedules
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Warehouse Associate I – 1st Shift Job Qualifications:
Recent Reach Truck (Stand-Up Forklift) experience within the last 6 months required
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle materials throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Experience replenishing materials for production or assembly operations preferred
Loading and unloading truck experience preferred
Inventory control, cycle count, and RF scanner experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to frequently lift and move materials
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
What We're Looking For:
The most important qualification for this role is recent hands-on Reach Truck experience. Candidates who have regularly operated a Reach Truck within the last six months and are comfortable working in a manufacturing or production-support environment will receive strong consideration.
