Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. Assists kitchen staff with food preparation, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties. Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; cleaning and sanitizing countertops, workstations, and kitchen equipment; sweeping and mopping floors; disposing of trash; and ensuring food preparation areas remain clean and sanitary. May assist with receiving and storing food and supplies, stocking kitchen items, and performing basic food preparation tasks as needed. Follows all applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
