Malone Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team at a large distribution center on Cortana Place in Baton Rouge, LA.
Anticipated Start Date: Monday, October 12, 2026
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Position: Cleaner
Available Shifts
- Monday-Friday | 4:30 AM-12:30 PM
- Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Cleaners will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Responsibilities include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard-surface floors
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, vents, lights, and blinds
- Emptying trash and wastebaskets
- Cleaning windows and restrooms
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Completing additional duties as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to perform assigned tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
