We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Turret Drivers to join our warehouse team. The Turret Driver is responsible for operating a turret truck (swing-reach forklift) to move, locate, stack, and retrieve inventory in narrow aisle warehouse environments. The ideal candidate has experience operating powered industrial equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Pay and hours:
1st (4AM-12:30PM or 5AM-1:30PM, Mon-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday) $17.25
2nd shift (12:00PM-8:30PM, Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday) $17.25
3rd shift (8PM-4:30AM, Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday) $18.25
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a turret truck safely and efficiently to store and retrieve materials from high-rack locations.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials within the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory tracking tools.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Verify product information, quantities, and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other departments.
- Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to safely operate a turret truck or willingness to complete training and certification.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and warehouse documents.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous turret truck, reach truck, forklift, or warehouse experience.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- OSHA-powered industrial truck certification.
