Malone Staffing Solutions is hiring professional, dependable, and customer-focused individuals for Event Server in Lexington, KY. Servers will provide high-quality food and beverage service during special events in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail while representing Malone and Red Mile.
Event Server Benefits:
Compensation: $14.10/hour

Location: Lexington, KY
Additional details: Weekly pay, benefits available, event-based scheduling, and the opportunity for additional assignments based on performance, attendance, and client needs.
Event Server Duties:
- Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to guests throughout the event
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming and positive dining experience
- Assist with food and beverage service according to event and facility standards
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Maintain awareness of assigned tables and respond promptly to guest requests
- Clear plates, glassware, silverware, and other items as needed throughout service
- Work closely with bussers, kitchen staff, bartenders, supervisors, and other event personnel
- Assist with setting and resetting tables before, during, and after events
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional dining and service areas
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the required dress code throughout the entire shift
- Communicate guest concerns or service issues to management immediately
- Follow instructions from Red Mile and Malone supervisors and management
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as requested
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Event Server Skill & Education Requirements:
- Previous serving, banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-profile event environment
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to carry food trays, beverages, plates, and other service items safely
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must arrive on time, properly groomed, and in the required uniform
- Required attire: black dress pants, black shoes, and white button-up shirt
- Black vest preferred when available
- Must be available to work the entire scheduled shift
