1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll learn to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while helping produce innovative products used in mining, tunneling, and major infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
- Performing routine machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting minor issues
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Working with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals
- Following all company safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Learning and becoming trained on multiple machines and processes
