    Job Summary:
    Are you looking for a great opportunity to launch your career? We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic foot-in-the-door opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to gain valuable office and customer service experience.

    Customer Service Responsibilities:

    • Answer and manage 40+ customer calls and emails daily
    • Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions
    • Collaborate with the customer support team
    • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
    • Utilize the ticketing system
    • Utilize Word and Excel programs

    Customer Service Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Basic computer and data entry skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

    Schedule:

    • Full-time position Monday – Friday 8 am -5 pm (no weekends)

    Pay Rate

    • $17.00/hr
