MACHINE OPERATOR – CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Chicago Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with forklift and machine operation experience who are looking for steady hours and potential long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor batch weighing equipment
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and load production equipment
- Enter and verify work orders in the computer system
- Refill ingredient bins and handle raw materials
- Maintain production logs and documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with equipment maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
