Malone Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Food Service Worker / Kitchen Attendant to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations. This role is responsible for assisting with food setup and service, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supporting overall kitchen efficiency.
Location: Winters, CA
Pay Rate: $20.95 per hour
Shift Schedule:
- Training Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables
- Prepare coffee, bake pastries, and set up morning break service
- Prep and stock salad bar items for lunch service
- Prepare and set up afternoon break service
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining room areas daily
- Remove kitchen and dining room trash at the end of each shift
- Maintain kitchen and dining room floors
- Complete and maintain daily HACCP logs
- Assist with weekly ordering and monthly inventory
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed
