Malone Solutions is hiring a Warehouse General Laborer for a client in the Seymour, IN area.

Our client is a small, family-owned business with over 80 years of experience specializing in prints and novelties. They operate as a 3PL across multiple facilities and maintain a clean, laid-back warehouse environment.
General warehouse duties may include assembly, shipping, and receiving tasks.
Job Duties
- General warehouse support (assembly, shipping, receiving)
- Basic material handling and organization
- Assisting with production and packaging tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following directions and completing assigned tasks
Requirements
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable attendance required
- Reliable transportation to Seymour, IN area
- Willingness to work daily and follow instructions
Conversion & Benefits
- Eligible for benefits 31 days after full-time conversion
- 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
- Accrue 3 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked
- Pay increase upon full-time hire
