Inbound Call Center Representative Highlights:
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Project-Based (May-January) with potential for long-term employment
- Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday
- Location: Louisville, KY (Blankenbaker Parkway area)

Inbound Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement and benefits plans
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effective problem resolution
- Utilize computer systems to document and track customer interactions
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Inbound Call Center Representative Job Qualifications:
- Must be willing to submit to background check and employment verification
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Previous call center experience preferred but not required
