Malone Solutions is hiring for a Pricing Specialist in Nashville, TN!
Pay Rate: $32/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Job Summary
This role is responsible for producing, managing, and distributing pricing information while supporting pricing systems, analytics, and customer interactions. The position plays a key role in implementing pricing strategies, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting both internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pricing data within order management and rebate systems, including account setup and data verification
- Monitor pricing execution and price realization across systems and customer base
- Implement pricing updates and adjustments; provide recommendations on product pricing and variants
- Support pricing improvement initiatives and analytical projects, including:
- Competitive analysis
- Market assessments
- Commodity cost tracking
- Generate reports and perform ad hoc data analysis
- Manage daily account activities, including:
- New account setup
- Amendments and dealer changes
- Rebate requests, retro processing, and exception handling
- Rebate credits
- Provide prompt support to internal (sales teams) and external customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Research and troubleshoot issues, ensuring resolution and clear communication of outcomes
- Maintain and handle confidential information responsibly

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting, or a related business field required
- May require compliance with export control or regulatory licensing

- Minimal relevant work experience required; strong foundational skills and learning agility are key
