    Malone Solutions is hiring a Pricing Coordinator in Nashville, TN.
    Pay Rate: $28/hour
    Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

    Job Summary

    This role supports the North America Pricing team’s ongoing operations by planning, executing, and improving key business activities. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of administrative, analytical, and customer-facing responsibilities while working under limited supervision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute recurring business activities such as:
      • Marketing events
      • Pricing and product analyses
      • Internal and external communications (newsletters, publications)
    • Maintain and enhance reports, trackers, and dashboards
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
    • Manage systems and databases, including:
      • User access
      • Maintenance and troubleshooting
      • Moderation tasks
    • Monitor and manage shared inboxes (Pricing & Rebates), ensuring timely and accurate responses
    • Respond to operational inquiries from stakeholders, channel partners, and vendors
    • Research and resolve issues, communicating findings to internal and external customers
    • Process new account rebate requests and review/approve rebate center registrations
    • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks
    • Compile research findings and assist in preparing presentations and communications
    • Take ownership of well-defined portions of projects
    • Train new employees and serve as a resource for team members
    • Provide support on additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
    • May require compliance with export control or regulatory licensing
