Job Summary:
Seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for the safe movement of materials, loading/unloading shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products to production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, verifying materials against shipping documents
- Transport materials to and from production lines and storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
